• Office & administrative staff – The office team is the backbone of the entire company because every project begins and ends with the office staff. Within this team, you will be in charge of processing, procedures, CRM systems, and staying on top of ordering software to allow NewSouth to remain on the cutting edge of technology.
• Factory representatives – When you join our factory representative’s team, you will be supported by inbound leads to help you accomplish your goals. Our Factory Representatives are all highly-motivated individuals who have a strong desire to be successful in the industry. It will be your responsibility to tell the NewSouth story and relay the pride we have for our products to potential customers.
• Manufacturing division – The manufacturing team at NewSouth ranges from engineers to the craftsmen who actually put together the windows. This team is responsible for research and development, safety testing, hurricane testing, and the actual manufacturing process. Like all of our positions, we promote from within so there are many opportunities for craftsmen that perform well and show initiative.
• Installation team – Our installation team is made up of installation managers, installers, service technicians, warehouse shipping and receiving, and a support team. Our installers are provided on-the-job training and we are always looking for people who have any kind of experience in construction.
